My work is focused in making hard, soft and moist elements live together. The centerpiece of the artwork is the stain, while geometric shapes appear and emerge to be discovered, resulting in a composition with diverse elements.
I start from the simplest to create the most complex in a spontaneous way. I play with chance, picturing the synthesis of all my interests.
Something very minimal: the blurry in contrast to the compact. However, nothing is obvious, everything is a secret. With few elements, I intend to create the greatest number of variations in the shortest possible way. I transmit things that I think and feel, in my own language.
I don’t have a settled outline; I take steps between the shapeless and the fully figured thing. My creation is intuitive, it goes beyond knowledge or thinking, it simply spills onto the canvas.
Mi trabajo consiste en la interacción de elementos duros y elementos blandos o acuosos. El soporte de la obra es la mancha, mientras que las formas geométricas aparecen y se asoman para ser descubiertas, dando por resultado una composición con elementos dispares.
Parto desde lo más sencillo para crear lo más complejo, sin planificación alguna. Juego con el azar buscando la síntesis de todos mis intereses.
Algo muy mínimo: lo nuboso en oposición a lo compacto. Sin embargo, no hay cosas obvias, todo es un secreto. Con pocos elementos busco crear la mayor cantidad de variaciones y de la manera más breve posible.
Digo las cosas que pienso y lo que siento, en mi propio idioma.
No tengo un programa preestablecido, voy dando pasos entre lo informe y la cosa totalmente formada.
Mi ejercicio es intuitivo, más que saberlo o pensarlo tengo que hacerlo.
